All city offices including the Littleton Center, Bemis Library, the Littleton Museum, the Littleton Service Center, and Littleton Municipal Court will be closed Monday, July 4 for Independence Day.

The Littleton Museum offers many educational, musical, and historical activities throughout the year, as well as fine arts board and museum board meetings, special guest lectures and the wildly popular Friends' Craft Fair in October.

125th Birthday Reception

The city of Littleton was incorporated on March 8, 1890 and in 2015, the city turns 125 years old!

Littleton will kickoff its 125th Anniversary with a fireworks display 7 p.m. at Ketring Park. Following the show, walk next door to the Littleton Museum for a reception sponsored by Breckenridge Brewery.

Celebrate the past from 7-10 p.m. with delicious craft beer and culinary treats from the Breckenridge Brewery Farmhouse menu. Megan Burtt, winner of the 2011 Mountain New Song competition, will provide entertainment, and the museum will unveil its 125th birthday exhibit. Collect a commemorative gift and enjoy other activities.

Attendees must be 21 years and older.
