Update: Arrest Made in Shooting on Big Dry Creek Trail
The Littleton Police Department (LPD) arrested a 14-year-old male juvenile at 1:20 this morning. The arrest was made after members of the LPD investigations team conducted a search warrant in the 1300 block of South Lowell Boulevard in Denver. 
The suspect was taken into custody without incident. The suspect is charged with first-degree assault and aggravated robbery.
LPD is still investigating the incident and working to identify the female that was involved.
Littleton Police Seek Teens Following Shooting on Big Dry Creek Trail
On June 12, at 8:43 P.M. Littleton Police Officers responded to the Big Dry Creek Trail in Progress Park on a report of a female that had been shot during a robbery. Officers located the female, and she was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately five feet three inches tall with a thin build. He appeared to be in his mid-teens. He was wearing blue jeans, a gray t-shirt with a bowl haircut. The second suspect is described as a Hispanic female wearing a black shirt. She appeared to be in her mid-teens. Officers are actively searching for the suspects. Littleton Police will increase patrols in the area over the next several days.
