Due to construction on Rio Grande Street, water service to the Littleton Center will be shut off on Wednesday, December 8 starting at 6:30 a.m. Some city departments are suspending in-person services for that day, including the Littleton Police Records Division, and all divisions of the Community Development Department. Bemis Public Library offers a generous collection of eMaterials through the Marmot Consortium. Search the Bemis Catalog for downloadable books, audiobooks, magazines, music, and streaming videos for adults, teens, and children. Bemis library card holders can browse the collection, check out digital media, and download it to a PC, Mac, or mobile device. Titles can be enjoyed immediately, or transferred to a variety of hand-held devices, including Android, Apple,  Kindle, and others. Titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period. There are no late fees!

Subscription Databases 

Research and learn by using the library’s Subscription Databases. Bemis has over 50 databases including genealogy, business, law, newspapers, finance, academic (for all ages), homework help, language learning, creativity, self-publishing, history, science, biography, psychology, health, environmental, consumer, and small engine and automotive repair.


Along with eMaterials and Subscription Databases the library staff have compiled a wealth of Research and Informational Guides
