No dumping, drains to streamThe City of Littleton conducts public events that help improve storm water quality in the city and increase awareness of its protection. Annually, the city participates in a regional cleanup of the South Platte River around Earth Day (April 22). Watch city social media and the city’s calendar for more information.

As an ongoing opportunity, the Public Works Engineering Division provides decals to affix to storm drains in the city. If interested in helping place these labels around the city’s inlets, contact the stormwater manager at 303-795-3836.

Annually, the city participates in an informational booth in August on Western Welcome Week Festival Day, to provide educational outreach about the importance of stormwater quality and flood safety. The booth is sponsored by SPLASH, a regional stormwater group of which Littleton is a member.

Currently, there are no events planned.

To be placed on a notification email list, contact the city storm water manager at 303-795-3836.
